Detail posisi

The Facility Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair work on various facility systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Kewajiban

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate all Air condition, Air compressor, and Vacuum systems.
• Maintain, operate all associated equipment, electrical equipment, Air compressor systems, building management system, and building repairs.
• Perform facility inspections and report on the condition affecting operations.
• Monitor and supervise Air condition preventive Maintenance contracts.
• Respond to an emergency case.
• Prepare and submit summary reports for facility work and recommend actions to be taken.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Support activity for production line relocation for the facility promptly.

Kualifikasi

• High Vocational in Electrical or relate.
• Knowledge in air condition systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong Electrical and wiring aptitude.
• At least 3-5 years experienced for Facility maintenance.
• Problem solving and idea initiative for work improvement.
• Computer skills-MS Office.
• Safety awareness.
