The Sourcing and Procurement Analyst is responsible for supplier research, cost analysis, performance evaluation, and market analysis to support procurement strategies and enhance efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Supplier Research and Selection: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing structures and total cost of ownership to inform sourcing decisions.
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Assess supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with contracts and service levels.
• Outsourcing Coordination: Manage requests from sister companies, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.
