If you are an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineering expert looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting platform for you! Based in China Suzhou or Thailand Rayong, you will be responsible for providing leadership in developing and implementing the Manufacturing Strategic Plans, Production Capacity, Manufacturing technologies, Automation strategy, New Product Manufacturing and major cost reduction initiatives in Asia and IMEA operations for Compressor, CDU and Flow Products.

Kewajiban

As Senior Manager/Director, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Asia You Will
• Develop, evaluate, and implement manufacturing plans for new product launch such as manufacturing strategy, location study, investment and cost estimation
• Formulate and execute plans to strengthen Asia scroll machining capacity to be self-sufficient and also support Europe and North Asia as needed
• Plan and implement Asia manufacturing capacity plans including the capacity expansion, relocation, ageing lines or asset replacement plans etc
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans for New Product launch to successfully launch new products and reduce produce proliferation and complexity
• Build and lead the automation plans and solutions to drive cost and quality efficiency
• Actively participate in the Global Manufacturing Technology and Automation Summit
• Drive collaboration and share the best practices with the Product Engineering, Product Planning, Marketing and global AME teams
• Organize and implement projects, prepare detail plans that work towards the fulfillment of organization objectives

Kualifikasi

Required Education, Experienced And Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience in which 5 years in leadership roles with growing level of Manufacturing Engineering (Assembly, Precision Machining or Automation)
• In-depth technical knowledge of compressor or appliance assembly processes or other similar technologies
• Validate the ability with good logic and reasoning skills to be able to identify weaknesses and strengths of alternative solutions or approaches to problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Strong drive, learning agility and flexibility to work beyond comfort zone and defined responsibilities
