Detail posisi

The position of Service Engineer responsible for security equipment installation, and service for testing, commissioning, system programming in according to Convergint standards, ensuring good engineering project quality, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to Convergint standards and policies.
• Ensure quality of Convergint services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up Convergint standards and policies.
• Maintain high level of knowledge in security concept and providing technical support to Sales and other departments.
• Maintain high level of knowledge in security concept.
• Manage relations with existing clients and ensure Customer satisfaction.
• To be proficient in our products and technology.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering for Electronic, Power electrical, ELV engineering and related.
• Min 2 years or above related working experience in services for electronic engineering is an advantage.
• IT knowledge in security hardware and software, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Visio, and database.
• Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products. Past experience with Gallagher, Hikvision, Lenel, and Honeywell Prowatch systems is a clear advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site (Areas around Nonthaburi, Chonburi, Rayong, etc.).
• Good communication in English.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to work under pressure.
