Constant Energy is a rooftop solar power project developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). We have been running solar plants in SE Asia since 2012. We develop, design, finance, build, and own large solar rooftop power plants through the support of Feed-in-Tarrif and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements to provide the most advantageous commercial solar rooftop solutions to large businesses. We operate in Asia with a primary focus on Southeast Asia. Our team is specialized and experienced with all expertise available in-house.

Detail posisi

The Legal Counsel (In-House) will be responsible for providing legal support in various areas including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, litigation management, risk management, business advisory, and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) matters.

Kewajiban

• Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Negotiate and draft contracts, including PPAs, EPC contracts, land leases, and financing documents; review for risks and provide legal advice.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on solar industry regulations and ensure compliance with environmental, permitting, and zoning laws; manage relations with regulatory bodies.
• Litigation Management: Provide legal support in disputes, develop resolution strategies, and handle litigation matters.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate legal risks; conduct due diligence for projects and acquisitions.
• Business Advisory: Advise on business strategies, collaborate with teams, and develop legal policies.
• HSSE: Prioritize safety, enforce HSSE guidelines, and correct unsafe conditions reported by officers or committees.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or equivalent fields.
• Strong understanding of energy law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in the solar industry or related field preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English, both writing and speaking.
