Constant Energy is a rooftop solar power project developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). We have been running solar plants in SE Asia since 2012. We develop, design, finance, build, and own large solar rooftop power plants through the support of Feed-in-Tarrif and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements to provide the most advantageous commercial solar rooftop solutions to large businesses. Detail posisi

The Consolidated Specialist is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and coordinating with teams across multiple countries to maintain accurate financial data.

Kewajiban

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated management accounts and reports for lenders and partners across multiple countries (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia).
• Work with accounting service firms to ensure compliance with SFRS, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Review, validate, and resolve elimination entries and intercompany discrepancies to maintain accurate consolidated accounts.
• Oversee accounting teams and service firms in multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate financial data submission for consolidation.
• Identify and adjust differences between local GAAP, IFRS, and SFRS to align with group standards.
• Support year-end audits by providing documentation, resolving queries, and addressing issues for successful audit completion.
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy in consolidation processes while ensuring adherence to group accounting policies and financial reporting standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred. Experience in auditing field from Big 4 companies will be a plus.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a consolidation role.
• Experience working in a multinational environment or managing teams across multiple countries is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting standards (SFRS, IFRS, and local GAAP).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-border teams and external service providers.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to producing accurate and timely financial information.
• Proficiency in English is required.
