Constant Energy is a rooftop solar power project developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). We have been running solar plants in SE Asia since 2012. We develop, design, finance, build, and own large solar rooftop power plants through the support of Feed-in-Tarrif and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements to provide the most advantageous commercial solar rooftop solutions to large businesses. The Assistant Asset Manager is to support the Asset Manager for the reporting and budgeted performance of the assigned assets (solar PV rooftop or Utility-scale PV or Energy Storage System), smooth transition from Project Management (EPC stage) to Asset Management team, keeping permitting and licenses up to date as per local regulation.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal performance of solar PV and energy assets to meet and exceed production targets.
• Monitor budgets, daily performance, and provide regular reports using asset management software.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
• Oversee monthly inspections, quarterly reporting, and ensure compliance with O&M agreements and insurance policies.
• Manage timely renewals of licenses, permits, and agreements.
• Supervise O&M partners and ensure accurate, on-time power invoicing.
• Support M&A, project development, and finance teams with asset-related data.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to HSSE requirements.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in asset management within the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Proficiency in asset management software and financial oversight.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with O&M agreements, permits, and insurance policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet reporting deadlines.
• Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken.
