The Sales Consultant/Sales position at HRD Solutions involves managing the end-to-end B2B sales process, developing sales strategies, and enhancing customer relationships to maximize lifetime value.

Kewajiban

• Run end-to-end B2B sales process from approach, gen lead, propose, followup, close deals, hand on to project managers and client services, and then engage customers to enhance their life-time values
• Start from research, analyze, and set sales strategy
• Set segmentation by customer industries, characteristics, size, purchasing power, etc. then target the right one to approach
• Create sales plan and sales forecast with execution process
• Approach to the target customers by phone or email introduction to set an appointment for sales pitching session
• Run sales pitching session including company credential, solution, product demo, pricing model, and Q&A
• Manage and update sales pipeline and generate new opportunities with new leads continuously
• Understand the price model and can exercise in negotiation process with customers
• Handle all sales documentations for all sales processes such as pitch deck, proposal, quotation, contract, and others as required
• Follow up potential customers, and then close deals
• Collaborate with internal team; product, technical, QA, to present and deliver our solution to the target market
• Improve sales process to make it more effective continuously
• Work with team to hit the sales target and also expand our market share, strengthen our customer base, and grow our business strongly
• Understand technology landscape, industry insight, customer needs, and what's going on today and tomorrow

Kualifikasi

• Good interpersonal skill and service mind, passion on selling, able to effectively communicate on phone
• Having the high skills in office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.
• Having good presentation and business negotiation skills
• Be able to make a cold call and appointment customer is as must
• Self-driven, result oriented person and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
• Energetic and passionate in delivering technology platform to improve customer’s life
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Sale Platform: At least 5 years in Project Sales or Product Sales in System Integration, Platform, Software
• Sale Online course: At least 3 years in B2B Sales in Online course, Education or another related fields
