The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, engaging with partners, and driving revenue growth for CompAsia's smartphone offerings.
• Selling pre-owned smartphones to local or international resellers, including brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Xiaomi, Sony, and more.

• Client Acquisition & Servicing: Accountable for acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Revenue Growth: Contribute to overall business profitability through strategic sales planning, lead generation, forecasting, and closing deals.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, taking personal responsibility for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly GP targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay aware of current market trends, gather competitor feedback, and propose countermeasures.
• Group Sales Opportunities: Proactively discover and identify group-sales opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Grow and deepen relationships with clients to generate sustainable and repeat business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and provide high-quality services.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the direct contact between clients and the company, managing day-to-day affairs to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Client Database Expansion: Take responsibility for growing the client database.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in smartphone sales or the pre-owned devices industry.
• Proven track record in selling strategies, strategic planning, and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the pre-owned phones market and dealer network in the telco industry.
• Strong network in the pre-owned phones market and experience in managing incentive programs for partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
