Utility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining utility systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting energy conservation projects.

Kewajiban

• จัดทำและควบคุม PM master plan ของระบบ Cooling, Chiller, MDB, Transformer,MDB, Transformer, RO&Softener , Air Compressure, Air Heanding Unit
• Support เครื่องจักร CM, BM
• Daily Check all system
• Report Maintenance Utility system by weekly
• ปรับปรุงดูแลรักษาและพัฒนาระบบ Utility
• ปฏิบัติงานตาม PM list standards
• รับผิดชอบงานด้าน Facility ปรับปรุง อาคารและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่หน่วยงาน Admin ร้องขอ
• รับผิดชอบงานด้าน Safety , Healthy & Environment
• รับผิดชอบงานด้านโครงการอนุรักษ์พลังงานของบริษัทฯ
• จัดทำวัดผลโดย KPI
• บริหารงานระบบคุณภาพให้องค์กรมีระบบการจัดการด้านระบบ เอกสาร นโยบาย ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติ วิธีปฏิบัติ ตามมาตรฐานระบบ ISO & BRC
• อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Kualifikasi

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง , ระบบอัดอากาศ , ระบบปรับอากาศขนาดใหญ่ Chiller
• มีความสามารถด้านวิศวกรรม /การแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร
• มีความกระตือรือร้นมีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ปฎิบัติที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ ISO และ BRC
