Detail posisi

The Technical Service Supervisor will support the sales team in achieving company targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving customer acquisition.

Kewajiban

• Support the sales team in achieving company targets and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
• Drive customer acquisition and expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
• Coordinate laboratory activities, seminars, presentations, and information exchange between suppliers and the laboratory to ensure success.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Science.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Chemical Science related fields.
• At least 3 years of Technical Service experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in adhesives, paints, and sealants will be given special consideration.
