Detail posisi
Sebagai Executive - Logistics Admin, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses logistik untuk bisnis kami di Indonesia. Posisi ini tersedia dengan kontrak 24 bulan, melapor kepada Associate Manager, Customer Engagement.
Kewajiban
• Mendukung dokumentasi logistik end-to-end untuk bisnis Indonesia kami termasuk reservasi stok, pre-order, konfirmasi pengiriman dan pemberitahuan, serta pengembalian stok ke Perusahaan dan distributor antara Malaysia dan Indonesia
• Memastikan Proses, Kualitas, dan Kepatuhan Regulasi termasuk pengarsipan sistematis dan dokumentasi status pengiriman dalam sistem Perusahaan untuk memastikan visibilitas pada dokumentasi, izin impor, status deklarasi bea, dan pengaturan pengiriman perdagangan
• Mengatur pra-inspeksi untuk memverifikasi dokumen dan berkolaborasi dengan Co-Packers untuk pengaturan stiker untuk distributor
• Memastikan Purchase Orders dan Sales Orders ada dan disetujui tepat waktu untuk semua biaya logistik terkait Indonesia, termasuk biaya tenaga kerja dan produksi stiker, biaya pra-inspeksi, dll
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim Keuangan untuk memastikan pembayaran untuk pajak bea dan pengiriman untuk setiap pengiriman dibayar
• Berkontribusi pada rapat tinjauan bulanan/mingguan untuk mendorong efisiensi proses dan memungkinkan tingkat pemenuhan pelanggan yang tepat sasaran
• Tugas lain yang ditugaskan
Kualifikasi
• Gelar Sarjana dari universitas terkemuka, dengan Jurusan Logistik atau Rantai Pasokan
• Pengalaman minimum 2 tahun dalam Administrasi Logistik/proses impor/dokumen pengiriman, lebih disukai di industri yang bergerak cepat
• Kemampuan Microsoft Office Excel tingkat lanjut, Google Sheets dan pengetahuan
