The Senior HR Officer / HR Officer is responsible for handling employee relations, welfare, general affairs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Kewajiban
• To handle ER, Welfare, General Affairs and related job assignment.
• To maintain company regulations and the prevision of the Labor Law and any other appropriate legal requirement.
• Coordinate & maintain company administration activity.
• To perform general affairs and other HR duties which are assigned by the superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD or related filed.
• At least 3 years experienced in Employee Relations, General Affairs or HR Operations will be an advantage.
• Good operated software applications and spreadsheet/data management of MS Office.
• Good command of English in communication skill.
• Good Service mind, Balancing, Strong leadership skill, Flexible interactive skills.
