CJworx is a leading Advertising Marketing Agency, specializing in pioneering marketing solutions. The Project Manager/Producer role involves managing and executing social media campaigns and production, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

Kewajiban

• Being for responsible for project plan, status meeting, scope documents, detail plans and project schedules.
• Managing an agency team and third-party to ensure project effectiveness and finish on time.
• Controlling other aspects of the project such as resources and budget.
• Work with third party and/or supply to run the campaign and VDO production.

Kualifikasi

• 4+ year experiences in Production and Project Management field.
• Experiences in managing 3rd party and production house. Need to know the production cost, shooting cost.
• Knowledge to Digital agencies, which specialize in online and social marketing.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines, changing client needs and manage Social Media Team and Client Service.
• Proficiency with numbers, budget and time management.
• Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve.
