The Offline Marketing Manager (In-Store/POSM) is responsible for creating and implementing in-store media strategies that align with corporate branding and target markets, as well as managing POSM displays and their effectiveness across multiple locations.
Kewajiban
• Creating and implementing an in-store media strategy. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the corporate branding and target market.
• Planning and executing POSM type, design, material, and placement to be located properly in the stores.
• Ensuring uniformity of POSM displays across multiple store locations.
• Analyzing POSM effectiveness logically and making recommendations for improvement.
• Liaising with other teams with clearly defined brief i.e., creative team, graphic design team, commercial team, etc.
• Researching and sharing local retail trends and interesting POSM that will reflect the in-store media strategy
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of responsible experience in a related field.
• Understanding consumer insights and customer journey of retail business.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
