We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Head of Trade and Working Capital Solutions, Thailand and Philippines based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Kewajiban

In this role, you’re expected to:
• Revenue objectives, P&L and returns on the capital deployed
• Up tiering engagement with clients and gaining market share,
• Increasing the product scope- launching new offerings, optimizing product delivery
• Ensuring best in class client experience while optimizing delivery channels and operations efforts
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong control environment
• Working with stakeholders across the country franchise, and cluster and global teams.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Kualifikasi

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven experience in Trade and Working Capital Solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
