The System Analyst for the Online Payment System is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, overseeing software solutions design and implementation, and ensuring system quality and support.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements.
• Participate in and oversee the design, development, implementation and support of software solutions.
• Collaborate with the team members to understand software requirements and design working solutions.
• Create documents to support projects (functional specifications, high level design specifications, detailed design specifications, operation work flow and user manual).
• Coordinate development and deployment activities within a project team.
• Monitor system and data quality in the production system.
• Monitor and test the system in operations and troubleshoot problems after implementation.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Information Technology or banking & finance with minimum 5 years working experience in banking environment.
• Experience: 5+ years in Payment Platform and business.
• Communicate with business team, IT team to gather and understand the requirements.
• Understand and analyze to design new requirement in application integration to be compatible.
• Experienced in software development, coding and architecture.
• Collaborate with the teams to provide design and specification to support requirement in Payment Platform.
• Review/Revise the application architect to ensure the solutions and quality of design.
• Be mentor for the teams to understand application design/system.
• Build/Prepare/Present and support the documentation for Project/CRs or changes and governance the process.
• Energetic and Pro-Active thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fair level of English.
