On 5 November 2008, CIMB Bank Berhad became the largest shareholder in Bank Thai and on 4 May 2009, the Bank completed the registration of its new name: "ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)" in Thai and "CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited" in English. This name change reflects the official transition of Bank Thai from being a single company to a member of CIMB Group.

Detail posisi

The Credit Contract Head is responsible for providing high-quality support to Business Units on agreements, securing documentation, monitoring, and reporting. They ensure compliance with regulations and oversee risk monitoring and reporting.

Kewajiban

• Provide high-quality support for all Business Units on agreements, securing documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth running of Credit Contract division to meet required standards.
• Upload all securing documents to the system after documents perfection.
• Monitor and report on risk.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, SOP, and DOI.
• Check list of contractual documents and securing documents before storing in Vault.
• Plan and manage quality and cost of service for Non Retail.
• Advise on processes and procedures to achieve team goals.
• Continuously improve business performance through process improvement and standardization.
• Provide coaching and empowerment to team members.
• Use Performance Management to manage and improve team performance.

Kualifikasi

• Experience in Credit Contract or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for banking.
• Strong understanding of risk monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Experience in process improvement and standardization.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with Performance Management tools.
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance in banking sector.
