We maintain a generous supply of fresh fruit bunch by operating its own palm plantations covering an area of over 20,000 rai as well as by purchasing fresh fruit bunch from major and minor farmers in Chumporn and adjacent provinces. These raw materials are then processed using the most technologically advanced machineries, which are highly efficient and environmental friendly in order to ensure high quality products and compliance with International Standards which became well accepted in the market.

We are seeking an experienced SAP & Process Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems and a proven track record of driving process improvements within manufacturing operations.

Kewajiban

• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure the SAP system aligns with business needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve system issues and optimize performance.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop documentation and training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Utilize SAP data to generate reports and insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Manage projects related to SAP enhancements and process improvement initiatives from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.
