Detail posisi

The BIM Modeler, Revit Architect position is aimed at junior to mid-level professionals responsible for developing construction drawings and 3D models using CAD software, particularly Revit, while coordinating with architects and the BIM team.

Kewajiban

• Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Communicating with architects to ensure all parties are on the same page
• Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date
• Creating 3D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) softwareà Revit
• Creating 2D drawings of building elements such as walls, columns, windows, doors, stair, etc. using architectural software packages
• Creating 3D models of building components such as structural supports, stairs, railings, and columns
• Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects
• Using specialized computer applications to create virtual models of buildings and other structures

Kualifikasi

• Ability to Multi task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional approach to time/cost/deadline
• Possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
• English proficiency level : Intermediate
• Positive attitude
