Chotiwat Manufacturing PCL (CMC) is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations in the seafood industry, ensuring alignment with sales plans and quality standards.

Kewajiban

• Review and approve purchase orders, cash requisitions for fish raw materials, and other expenses within the approved budget.
• Plan weekly, monthly, and annual purchasing in alignment with sales plans and departmental budgets.
• Analyze product price trends and market conditions to facilitate appropriate purchasing decisions.
• Assess data on fish raw material orders, both domestic and international, in accordance with production plans.
• Monitor the delivery status of fish raw materials and ensure quality standards are met as agreed.
• Establish criteria for vendor evaluation to select quality suppliers with potential for development.
• Control purchasing volumes both domestically and internationally to remain within budget.
• Verify the accuracy of departmental reports and related contracts.
• Analyze the results of purchasing evaluations to improve the procurement of high-quality products.
• Develop operational guidelines and a Master Plan for the department that align with short-term and long-term strategic plans and organizational policies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in industrial procurement for manufacturing.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards.
• Strong skills in personnel management, leadership, and negotiation.
