เจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์ระบบ SAP จะรับผิดชอบในการดูแลระบบ SAP ERP ของบริษัทฯ และให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ SAP แก่ผู้ใช้งาน.
Kewajiban
• ดูแลรับผิดชอบระบบ SAP ERP(Modules หลักได้แก่ MM/WM) ของบริษัทฯ และ Implement ระบบเพื่อรองรับกระบวนการทางธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไข ตลอดจนแนะนำ ให้คำปรึกษาการใช้งานระบบ SAP แก่ผู้ใช้งาน (Configuration , Modification, Implement, Support SAP)
• ให้ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกีบการใช้งาน SAP แก่ผู้ใช้งานในระดับปฏิบัติการ
• ติดต่อและประสานงานกับ Vendor และ SAP Consultant
Kualifikasi
• ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาวิศวคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะในด้านการสื่อสาร ประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ เช่น ระบบงานขาย,ระบบจัดซื้อ,ระบบการวางแผนการผลิต และระบบโลจิสติกส์
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลระบบ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
