The Production Plan & Control Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production planning and control processes, ensuring efficient use of raw materials, and coordinating with various departments to meet production goals.

Kewajiban

• Perform one or more of the following tasks as assigned
• Analyze the quality and price of fish raw materials and submit for approval in special cases for production.
• Review and monitor the use of WIP (Work in Progress) to minimize storage in the cold room.
• Manage and control the inventory of raw materials.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as the Cold Room, Quality Control, and Procurement to obtain accurate information regarding the type, quantity, size, and quality of the raw fish stock at any given time.
• Prepare the daily raw material usage plan (Raw Material Consumption Plan based on cleaning capacity), Daily Production Schedule, so the Cold Room can prepare sufficient raw materials for production plans.
• Coordinate with the planning team that creates daily production control schedules (DPS Synchronize – Raw Material / Daily Job Sequencing for Raw Material Consumption) to ensure that the production plan (Job Sequence) is delivered on time for production use.
• Report problems or deviations from standards observed during operations to the supervisor for corrective actions in accordance with the established standards.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform tasks according to standards and in alignment with established success metrics.
• Collaborate in executing work in accordance with the company's policies, vision, direction, and operational guidelines.
• Support and participate in quality improvement activities such as 5S, ISO, GMP, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Expected Job Outcomes
• Number of times confirmation of order receipt is communicated to the sales team within the required time.
• Number of times raw materials are unavailable for production as per the production plan.
• Number of times production components are insufficient to meet sales plans.
• Day of Supply for all inventory items except for fish raw materials and packaging materials for delivery.
• Number of times production plans for the next day cannot be completed on time.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years working experiences for Production planning & Control.
• Experience in FMCG Manufacturing will be advantage.
• Good command in English and management skill.
