The Quality Inspector (Rock) is responsible for ensuring the quality of rock used in construction by inspecting, measuring, and maintaining records of inspection outcomes.
Kewajiban
• Inspect and control the quality of rock: reject and undergrade the uncorrected rock size according to standard before bring it to use at Construction site
• Select output sample and check them using the appropriate methods measuring dimensions, testing functionally, and comparing to specifications
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final to specifications
• Maintain records of inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
• Inspect procedure of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with Quality & safety standards
• Recommend improvements to the production / Quality
• Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or related field
• Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication and writing skills in English
