Detail posisi

The Procurement and Market Intelligence Manager is responsible for conducting market research, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement activities to align with business goals.

Kewajiban

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess supplier performance, and forecast material needs
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee shipment planning to prevent shortages or excesses
• Collaborate with the finance, trade operation and warehouse teams to align procurement activities with business goals
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and resolving any issues related to quality or delivery
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, raw material procurement, or market intelligence.
• Proven experience with commodity products, such as oil, coffee beans, soybeans, or corn.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in market analysis and trend forecasting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
