Detail posisi

The IT Functional Support position focuses on supporting and maintaining SAP MM and SD modules, ensuring configurations are accurate and up-to-date, and providing functional expertise for various projects.

Kewajiban

• Support and maintain on SAP MM and SD (SAP S/4 HANA), fix any errors of financial data.
• Maintain SAP MM, SD configurations to ensure configurations are up-to-date, accurate, and meet business requirements in area of financial, accounting and controlling.
• Handle assigned projects effectively about SAP MM, SD and other project (Web Application, Interface) such as implementations, migrations, or upgrades, providing functional expertise and support.
• Maintain documentation of SAP-MM, SD configurations, create user guideline, and communication on changes and updates to stakeholders and end-users.
• Improve software development practices and processes.
• Provide users support for any inquiries or issues.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM support roles and understanding in financial accounting, controlling, and business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP MM configurations or SAP modules such as SD or other related areas.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with another team as well as customer-oriented.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
