Detail posisi

The IT Functional Support (SAP FI/CO, PM) position involves providing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO and PM issues, maintaining configurations, participating in projects, and improving software practices.

Kewajiban

• Support and troubleshooting on SAP FI/CO, PM (SAP S/4 HANA) issues and address user’s issue request and solve any related issues of financial system.
• Maintain SAP FI/CO, PM configurations, ensure configurations are up-to-date, accurate, and meet business requirements, with a focus on financial accounting and controlling.
• Participate in assigned projects which is related to SAP FI/CO, PM and other area (Web Application, Interface) projects such as implementations, migrations, or upgrades, providing functional expertise and support.
• Maintain documentation for SAP-FI/CO, PM configurations, create manual, and communicate changes or updates to stakeholders and end-users.
• Continually improving software development practices and processes.
• Provide users support on any inquiries or issues.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, computer engineering, computer science, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in SAP FI/CO support roles and familiarity with financial, accounting, controlling, and business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO configurations or SAP modules such as PM or other related areas.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a customer-oriented approach to support.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
