Kewajiban
• Collect documents, prepare, and complete application forms for requesting or renewing various company permits/licenses.
• Monitor and coordinate with relevant officials to ensure the proper application, renewal, and management of all required permits/licenses.
• Manage cooperation with government agencies; coordinate with local authorities and community members in relevant areas.
• Draft and manage legal contracts.
• Provide consultation and monitor legal matters as requested by the department.
Kualifikasi
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Able to handle urgent tasks under pressure and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient in computer usage, with strong knowledge of MS Office programs and database management.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Possess a valid driving license.
