CPF operates integrated agro-industrial and food business, including livestock and aquaculture such as swine, broiler, layer, duck, shrimp and fish. The businesses are categorized into 3 categories, namely Feed, Farm and Food. The Company also operates retail and foods outlets.

Detail posisi

The Total Rewards Associate Director is responsible for managing and controlling compensation and benefits operations, translating strategic objectives into initiatives, and ensuring employee recognition and motivation through effective rewards programs.

Kewajiban

• Ongoing management and control compensation & benefits operation within short to mid-term and monitoring of plan results
• Translates the framework and objective of strategy into key initiatives to be executed across the organization - using benchmarks, metrics, and industry trends for the organization to understand business and employees needs
• Researching and analyzing key perspectives (employee, external label market, cost, and workforce requirements)
• Implementing salary planning, tie compensation to the performance assessment process, and communicate the compensation structure to employees
• Manage rewards program (i.e. salary, employee benefits, pension, promotions etc.) to recognize contributing employees and to maintain positive and motivated employee morale
• Explain and clarity on policies, programs and support adoption by BU
• Diagnosis and analysis to support for BU specific solutions and improvement opportunities and performance driving areas of the business to offer different total rewards packages
• Training for people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance, and addressing under performance

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or others in a related field
• 8+ years of working experience in a fast-paced environment focusing on compensation & benefits, and total rewards
• Solid project management and change management experience, especially in the context of Total Rewards initiatives
• Strong presentation skills and advanced communication skills, including solid experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and experience working with tight deadlines
• Must be meticulous, organized, and process-driven with great attention to detail
• A self-starter: someone who adopts a growth mindset, takes initiative, and sees opportunities for continuous improvement
• High problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good command of English – both verbal and written
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Experience working in large, complex, multinational organizations, as well as management consulting is desirable, but not essential
