Detail posisi

The Process Improvement Engineer at Minburi Plant is responsible for managing engineering systems and improving production processes to align with company policies.

Kewajiban

• Manage and set strategies for developing engineering systems to be effective and aligned with company policy.
• Analyze the efficiency of engineering operations (systems and processes) to improve production processes for maximum efficiency.
• Responsible for all engineering projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in Improvement Process, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering in a food factory business is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of the production process.
• Excellent in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills and Communication skills.
• Able to travel to work in other provinces.
