CPF operates integrated agro-industrial and food business, including livestock and aquaculture such as swine, broiler, layer, duck, shrimp and fish. The businesses are categorized into 3 categories, namely Feed, Farm and Food. The Company also operates retail and foods outlets.

Detail posisi

The Export Sales Manager for Chef Cares Products will be responsible for managing overseas sales performance, enhancing customer relationships, and developing export business initiatives.

Kewajiban

• Manage overseas sales performance and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to study and analyze the needs of the customers to generate new market initiatives.
• Conduct negotiations to meet customer needs, fostering strong partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships and build trust with current and potential clients.
• Support and communicate effectively with overseas distributors, importers, exporters and other related teams both internal and external.
• Coordinate internally within the company and its subsidiaries for seamless sales processes and delivery.
• Monitor and analyze the progress of sales and provide regular reports to the management.
• Set up an export unit using existing team members.
• Develop end-to-end export business from sales, marketing, to production.
• Oversee and drive sales of products under Chef Cares brand or new brands that are managed by Chef Cares.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master degree in business administration, food science, food technology, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of international sales experience in the Food industry.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills for effective collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including to upcountry zones and occasionally abroad.
• Have experience in export and networks in key markets such as USA, UK, Europe, China, Asia and Oceania.
• Able to adapt, accept change and work well under pressure.
