The Business Development Specialist (Food Services / QSR) is responsible for driving growth through market research, client engagement, sales strategy implementation, and collaboration with internal teams.
Kewajiban
• Market Research & Analysis (Property Acquisition): Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Food court / Catering / QSR space. Identify emerging opportunities, new markets, and potential areas for expansion.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their needs and objectives, ensuring that business development initiatives are aligned with company goals.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business development strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities. Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales efforts and channel partnerships.
• Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners, ensuring that all solutions meet client requirements and align with company objectives.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and finalize agreements with new clients and partners. Ensure smooth execution of agreements and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, etc.) to ensure business development efforts align with broader company goals and operational capabilities.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Experiences 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the QSR, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the QSR industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
• Self-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Passion for the food service industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
