The International Sales position requires listening to customer, agent, and partner requirements, maintaining relationships with existing customers, negotiating agreements, creating proposal documents, and recording sales information.
Kewajiban
• Listening to customer, agent and partner requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office or entering into a computer system
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
• Able and good to communicate in English or Chinese
• TOEIC test 700 or more will be an advantage
• Chinese test at least HSK 5-6 or more will be an advantage
• Have experience at least 1-3 years in Real Estate business
• Good personality and Able to work as a team work and enthusiastic with service mind skills
