Detail posisi

The Receptionist & Office Administrator is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, and supporting office operations.

Kewajiban

• To answer all incoming calls, re-direct call as appropriate and take adequate messages and handle caller’s inquiries as requested.
• Greeting visitors and support as Receptionist.
• Distribute and deliver the mail, letters, invoice, and necessary documents.
• To assist in the preparation of training, and meetings.
• To keep reception area, meeting rooms ‘schedule and neatness.
• To maintain and manage office supplies, material in pantry, stationary.
• To update telephone list.
• To support on purchasing.
• Co-ordinate all related requirements between Head Office and Sales Office.
• Co-ordinate to building Office.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year working experience in Operator and Administrator.
• Good communication in Both Thai and English.
• Good computer skills : Microsoft office and able to use office equipment.
• Service minded is a must and able to work under pressure.
• Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic and positive thinking.
