Spruce is a new online designer furniture subscription service by CHANINTR, Thailand's largest luxury furniture retailer, launched in March 2023. The Customer Success Coordinator will be the public-facing voice of Spruce, responsible for customer service and sales admin work, ensuring a seamless experience for Spruce members.
Kewajiban
• Communicate with internal and external clients professionally and proactively, helping Spruce form strong relationships to accomplish required company outcomes.
• Handle a range of inquiries in English and Thai from customers on all communication channels.
• Help educate customers on the benefits of the products and services Spruce offers. Provide solutions for customers' problems while closing sales on our products and services.
• Manage account and customer orders on our company's platforms as needed.
• Perform administrative functions and coordinate smoothly with other departments involved.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain and continually grow the number of Spruce customers.
• Provide insight on customer database to help continually improve our marketing, service, and sales.
Kualifikasi
• Exceptional people and communication skills — both verbal and written, in English and Thai.
• Fast learner with a go-getter attitude who is able to manage time, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately encode and decode information, as well as perform product documentation.
• Organized and able to handle a large database of customers/orders. Has analytical skills to then review and provide reports to the team.
• Must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
• Possess exemplary customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work well independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and/or interior design are beneficial to the role.
