Kewajiban
• Oversee the administrative management of the factory, including the establishment and enhancement of the administrative management system.
• Ensure effective coordination among various departments within the factory.
• Organize and oversee the preparation of the company's internal documents and statements.
• Manage all aspects of meeting affairs within the factory.
• Supervise the daily administrative affairs of the factory office.
• Administer secretarial management within the factory.
• Oversee the management of the staff canteen, transportation vehicles, and pool cars.
• Conduct reception duties and manage external outreach activities.
• Track relevant regulations and policies from government departments and report them promptly to factory leadership.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders in a timely and efficient manner.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in administration, with more than 3 years as an administration manager in large enterprises; experience in an automotive factory is preferred.
• Deep understanding of administration processes and business operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal); ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas, and other relevant software.
