Kewajiban
• Preparation and distribution of high-quality meeting papers (presentation, agenda and minutes of meeting etc.)
• Coordinate and manage travel, plans, itineraries, and agendas and compile documents for travel-related meetings for MD.
• Represent MD with both internal and external contacts in a high professional manner.
• Analyze the market and study customer needs to develop sales strategies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Personal Assistant role or Marketing.
• Proficiency in MS. Office Suite and excellent in power point presentation.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Based in Samut Sakhon is preferred and able to travel in Bangkok occasionally.
• Proactive, independent and strong follow-up skills.
• Analytical thinking skills and excellent in problem solving.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and precise.
• Professional maturity, judgment and professional handle confidential and sensitive information and working relationships.
