Kewajiban

• Administration for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (AD) on VMware
• Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT hardware and infrastructure services
• Providing IT support and technical assistance e.g. Office365
• Managing the IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding
• Maintaining IT documentation and IT assets inventory
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies
• Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, switch network, wifi services
• Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management
• Firewall administration IPS/IDS Policy designs, managements and log analysis
• Network administration, investigation and troubleshooting
• Engage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing efforts
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT apps services (Microsoft products)

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management information System or related fields
• Systems administration experience (2-5 years preferred)
• Experience with Hyper Converged VMware, Nutanix and Etc.
• Experience with Office365 or Azure Cloud preferred Microsoft products
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery and system backup procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of written and reading in English.
