Detail posisi

The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Pasteurize and Sterilize processes, coordinating with production departments, supervising team members, reviewing product quality, and other assigned tasks.

Kewajiban

• Oversee the Pasteurize and Sterilize processes
• Coordinate with production departments and relevant teams
• Supervise and manage team members
• Review the quality of FG products
• Perform other assigned tasks

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Knowledge and ability to allocate manpower in the department
• 3-5 years experience in quality system control and Document Control
• Good understanding of GMP and HACCP quality systems
• Detail-oriented, observant, and able to solve problems
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other computer programs
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to analyze and solve production problems to meet standards
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC
• Diligent, patient, and honest
• Able to work in shifts
