Kewajiban
• Hands-on project management for OEM including new product development and Product Launch.
• Assisting the Group Key Account manager in the preparation of sales related budgeting, planning and demand forecasting activities.
• Sourcing potential new customers. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers. Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
• Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Coordinate with related departments to acknowledge and confirm new part from customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in food science and technology, food technology, food engineering or other branches related.
• Experienced in Technical Sales in the food and beverage product group.
• There is meticulous detail in working.
• Able to coordinate well with internal and external agencies.
• Have negotiation, communication skills, and have systematic thinking.
• Have experience in launching new products together with RD.
• Working as a team and gets along well with the team.
• Able to distinguish and prioritize tasks.
• Have English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs well.
