Detail posisi

This position is engaged in following main activities: data gathering and analysis for the existing operations with the aim to provide suggestions on the improvements and/or standardization of the current process; preparation and participation in improvement projects; monitoring progress of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives implementation at current operations; knowledge sharing across CEVA operations (best practice sharing).

Kewajiban

• Performs data gathering and data analysis.
• Preparing and conducting improvement projects at sites.
• Monitoring progress and sustainability of CI at sites.
• Participate in Site Classification Assessments (operational best practices metrics) in order to support operations with tools and techniques wo meet SCA target.
• Contribution to further development of CI.
• Active participation in training and coaching.
• Maintain good relationship with site/ contract / operation managers & site change agents & obtain support for LEAN activities.

Kualifikasi

• Experience in driving within process improvement initiatives operations.
• Demonstrates a proactive and can-do attitude in approaching challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Quick learner, being able to interpret and guide company standards application.
• Eager to communicate and share knowledge with operational teams.
• Preferable: Industrial Engineering and Logistics engineering background.
