Kewajiban
• ควบคุมดูแลงาน จ่ายงานประจำวันให้กับพนักงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาหรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำแทนหัวหน้างาน
• ควบคุมดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบการบริหารการทำงานทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก รวมทั้งรายละเอียดสินค้าในระบบคลังสินค้าทั้งหมดให้ถูกต้อง
• สามารถสอบสวน วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นกรณีเกิดข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อผิดพลาดในการปฏิบัติงาน ตัวอย่างเช่น Investigate answer NC
• มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา พร้อมกับแนวทางแก้ไขได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• ช่วยหัวหน้างานควบคุมและดูแลให้พนักงานทุกคนต้องปฎิบัติตามข้อกำหนดในการทำงาน (WI) อย่างเคร่งครัด
• ต้องมีส่วนร่วมและรับผิดชอบต่อระบบ ISO 9001 , ISO14001 , ISO45001
• ตรวจสอบเพื่อหาสาเหตุของความผิดพลาดและมีความคิดริเริ่มในการดำเนินการแก้ไข
• สามารถเป็นผู้สอนงาน และแบ่งปันความรู้และทักษะให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้
Kualifikasi
• จบการศึกษาระดับปวช. ขึ้นไป
• ประสบการณ์ในสายงานกับอุตสาหกรรมทางด้าน โลจิสติกส์, การให้บริการหรือใกล้เคียงอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ รวมทั้งการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office เบื้องต้น
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับเบื้องต้น (อ่าน เขียน) เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารผ่านทางเมล์ได้เบื้องต้น
• สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
• ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว
• ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์
• เวลาปฎิบัติงาน 08.00-17.00 น.
