• Develop and implement social commerce strategies to drive sales for chat&shop, FB Live, and TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social commerce initiatives with overall marketing goals.
• Drive number of customers and sales on new sales channels (social commerce)
• Create engaging and high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling visuals and videos.
• Manage the channel and category strategy and execution plan to on board the right assortment by channel for assigned categories.
• Initiate and drive commercial planning and channel promotion to drive sales and excitement to customers.
• Working closely with operation team and merchandising team to ensure E2E support of social commerce sales channel.
• Management LIVE slot and booking process of brands that want to join LIVE.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on social commerce trends and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on social commerce performance, including key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of social commerce initiatives.
• Utilize social media tools and analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social commerce trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
