We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to translate complex business questions into actionable insights. You'll work closely with our business, product and tech teams to drive growth, support biz operations, and enhance customer experience across our online platforms.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI, Looker studio to track KPIs and business metrics
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities
• Measure new features performance, report findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
• Work with Product Owners to ensure that data tracking and events are correctly defined
• Work with Tech team to develop and automate regular reporting processes
• Support Online Performance team to analyze and interpret data
• Support A/B testing and analysis to optimize customer experience and business processes

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau)
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with statistical analysis
• Experience with web analytics tools and data, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
