Kewajiban
• Own the experience of the different campaign journeys while working with campaign team.
• Act as a product manager for the CMS and work with Product team to lead CMS improvement.
• Throughout the pages, ensure relevant categories and collections are surfaced in the right places and offer the right products for the customers.
• Own the strategy of personalization and product recommendations.
• Use our tool and collaborate with data team to boost cross-selling, up-selling, and pack-selling techniques.
• Use AB testing techniques to test and optimize journeys.
• Own Search engine (Algolia) and work on a daily basis to optimize the performances.
• Provide reporting to Merchandising and Buying team to improve our assortment and understand the up-coming trends.
• Work closely with Product team and Algolia team to optimize the algorithm and improve the sorting logic.
• Manage facets and filters to display and work with Content team (who owns the product categorization).
• Act as a Product manager to drive your roadmap and ensure the prioritization.
• Own Tracking to make sure all journeys are trackable and provide analysis to the team on user behaviors.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on the campaign calendar that includes diverse types of campaigns (omni vs online campaigns, brand or category campaigns).
• Based on seasonal trends and SEO trends, lead some key initiatives such as Sales page, Gift page…
Kualifikasi
• Experience as Product Manager or Product owner on front end OR Analytics/User experience Manager.
• Possess strong analytics background (Google Analytics and any other tool related to online).
• Has experience in UX or front-end customer journey (usage of CMS).
• Experience with managing search or SEO is a plus.
• Excellence Thai and English communication skill, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cross-function, excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and under pressure situation.
