The SAP Consultant (PMGM) is responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of the SAP PMGM module, providing support and maintenance, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance performance management processes.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and customization of the SAP PMGM module.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure system alignment with organizational performance management and goal-setting strategies.
• Provide end-to-end support for the PMGM module, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Perform system updates, enhancements, and upgrades as required.
• Collaborate with vendor to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing for end-users.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices for performance and goal management.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on the PMGM module.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM or LMS configuration and implementation.
• Solid understanding of performance management and goal-setting processes in a corporate environment.
• Good English communication.
