Detail posisi

Entry-level Accounts Payable professional. Supports the Accounts Payable processes, prepares reports and maintains vendor files by following the established policies and assists with the month-end closure processes.

Kewajiban

• Follow up on goods received against purchase orders and coordinate with the operations team such as store, supply chain and QA team
• Register vendor invoice in SAP System.
• Manage and check vendor payment details and supporting document to ensure there are no errors when processing payments.
• Manage withholding tax (PND3,53,54) and vat report (PP30)
• Support team leader on month end closing activities
• Prepare monthly AP reconciliation
• Other duties as assigned

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 0-3 years of direct experience
• Experiences working in manufacturing MNC is a plus
• Eyes for details and active, willing to learn
