Detail posisi

The System Engineer is responsible for managing 2nd tier services, leading projects related to Microsoft Defender, integrating cloud systems, facilitating data migration, monitoring performance, and providing troubleshooting support.

Kewajiban

• Manage 2nd Tier Services: Oversee and manage 2nd tier service operations, ensuring efficient incident resolution and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, implementation, and migration projects for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365, ensuring compliance with mandatory policies and security standards.
• Cloud Systems Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Data Migration: Facilitate the migration of existing services to cloud-based platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption during the transition.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor service performance against SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and migration strategies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to Defender products and cloud services, ensuring timely resolution.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in Maintenance- Hypervisor Server (VMware/Nutanix/VSAN)- Microsoft Windows Server or Linux Server- Microsoft application server (Exchange Server/DNS/DHCP/..)- VEEAM Backup or other backup software- HPE/DELL/Lenovo Server and SAN Storage- Microsoft 365- FortiGate Firewall and Cisco switch.
• Strong knowledge in system trouble shooting for VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, Other.
• Good command in English.
• Can driving a car and driving license and have own car.
