The Senior Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying SD-WAN solutions, managing network performance, and ensuring compliance with security policies while collaborating with clients to meet their network needs.

Kewajiban

• Design and deploy SD-WAN solutions to improve network connectivity and performance across multiple branch sites. Manage the centralized SD-WAN controller to ensure optimized traffic routing and reduced latency
• Collaborate with clients to assess their network requirements and customize endpoint devices solutions to meet their specific needs
• Experience in managing security policies work closely with IT security teams to align network operations with overall security policies to ensure compliance across network operations
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement enhancements in both cloud and on-premises physical network infrastructures. Perform regular Network maintenance, including patch management and firmware upgrades
• Troubleshoot network issues related to networking or security related and coordinate with service providers or related party for resolution
• Optimize cloud resource utilization to manage costs optimization and improve performance
• Maintain comprehensive document network designs, configurations, procedures, and policies with Confluence or related tools

Kualifikasi

• 5-7 years of relevant professional IT experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms networking such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Huawei Cloud
• Proficiency with Cloud base security solution on networking VPC/VNet with landing zone strategy
• Advanced knowledge of network performance monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Professional certifications related to network security, cloud computing, or SD-WAN technologies, such as Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking and Azure Network Engineer would be preferred
• Strong understanding of credit card platform in network security protocols and standards such as PCI-DSS, SOC2 and PDPA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team members and external parties
• Good command of both Thai and English
