• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for personal loan and credit card products, focusing on driving customer acquisition, engagement, product usage, and revenue maximization.
• Implement strategies that support the entire customer journey—from acquisition to activation, retention, and product usage.
• Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business goals and customer needs, effectively communicating value propositions throughout the marketing funnel.
• Execute digital media campaigns across key platforms both owned media and paid media, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels.
• Work closely with internal teams (product, creative, platform and content) and external stakeholders, including outsourced creative, media, and design partners, to ensure that all campaign assets are developed and delivered on time.
• Work closely with the product team to design tailored marketing initiatives that support product features, usage behaviors, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and seamless execution across all advertising channels, meeting campaign deadlines and performance goals.
• Align closely with the product team to understand the intricacies of personal loan and credit card offerings, ensuring marketing initiatives are designed to meet specific product objectives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.
• Experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, credit card, loan, or insurance sectors) is required, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey for financial products, particularly personal loans, and credit cards, from acquisition to product usage and engagement.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that support both customer acquisition and ongoing product usage, maximizing revenue at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Experience working closely with product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product goals.
• Ability to manage external partners, including creative agencies, media vendors, platform teams, and design specialists, to ensure the
