We are seeking a dynamic HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support strategic HR decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Kewajiban
• Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and employee surveys.
• Clean, validate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform HR strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, diversity, and other HR functions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management efforts.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reporting processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR data analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably in a corporate HR or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other HR technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
